Our Hédène apricot and honey jam is made from a rigorous selection of ripe apricots and our essential chestnut honey, harvested in France. The recipe, concocted by our master jam-maker, ensures a perfect blend of tart apricots and chestnut honey. The apricots, chosen for their velvety skin and orange hue, are cooked for long minutes in a copper pan, in small quantities to preserve their quality. By cooking them over a high heat, unlike our Black Cherry jam, we ensure that they retain their vibrant colour and natural flavour. With a rapid cooking time, combined with a precise skimming technique, we eliminate impurities to give you an artisan jam with a smooth texture and pure flavour.
