It's important to note that our Strawberry & Linden Honey from France fruit preparation, like some honey jams, is not a traditional jam. In fact, unlike traditional jams, it is made using a method that preserves the pure, natural flavour of the fruit, without adding excess sugar, relying on the natural sugars present in the fruit. This homemade preparation contains a high proportion of fruit (54% strawberries), giving it a lighter texture and a more intense fruity flavour. What's more, the addition of natural pectin and linden honey, instead of the long, complex cooking methods used in traditional jams, means that the original flavours of the strawberries are preserved as much as possible, for a more authentic and delicate taste experience.
