Ingredients
  • 100 grams oat flakes
  • 100 grams wheat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams Hédène mulberry honey
  • 20 grams walnut oil

Steps
  • Preheat the oven to 170°.
  • Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl
  • Line the oven tray with baking paper and pour the granola onto a 2cm thick tray 
  • Leave to cook for 13 minutes. Then pour 1 tablespoon of Mulberry honey over the granola and bake for a further 5 minutes. 
  • Leave to cool completely
