250g cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons
Coriander honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds - A pinch of salt - Wooden sticks (for the skewers)
1. Carefully wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Insert a wooden stick into each cherry tomato.
2. In a small saucepan, heat the honey over a low heat until it becomes liquid. 3. Dip each cherry tomato in the hot honey, making sure they are well coated.
4. Then roll each honey-coated cherry tomato in the sesame seeds and place on a plate.
5. Repeat until all the cherry tomatoes are coated in honey and sesame seeds.
6. Leave to stand for a few minutes so that the honey-sesame mixture adheres well to the cherry tomatoes.
7. Serve the honey-sesame pommes d'amour-style cherry tomatoes on a pretty serving dish.
