Ingredients
  • Slices of bread (country bread or your choice)
  • Thyme honey
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh gorgonzola
  • Pecan nuts
  • Crushed walnuts
  • Salt and pepper (optional)
Prepare the Tartines
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Brush the bread slices with a mixture of thyme honey and olive oil.
