Mixing the Ingredients:
Pour the 500 ml of warm water.
Dissolve the active dry yeast separately with a little warm water taken from the 500 ml.
In the blender, add the semolina, flour, salt, sugar, active dry yeast, and baking powder.
Blend everything for about 2-3 minutes until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Letting the Batter Rest:
Pour the batter into a large bowl.
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour.
The batter should double in volume, and bubbles should form on the surface.

Pour a small ladle of batter into the hot pan and gently spread it to form a pancake about 15 cm in diameter.
Cook until the surface is dry and holes form all over the pancake. Do not flip the pancake.
Remove the pancake from the pan and lightly moisten the pan between each pancake to encourage the formation of holes. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
